I had an unhealthy relationship with food.

It started in my teens and did not catch up with me until I hit 40.

When I tried to diet, I was hungry and obsessed over food. All the time! When I exercised, I was even hungrier.

Not sure about you, but I stopped wanting to “starve” to lose. So, I gave up.

The thing is, I thought I WAS healthy. I had all the information. I have a degree in healthcare and have spent the better part of 20 years helping people get strong, heal, meet goals….

I have studied strength and conditioning, exercise and nutrition, wellness, mindset.

So, why was it NOT working for me…

I thought it was genetic…age…

I thought I just did not have the willpower or the desire.

But, I was wrong.

I had an unhealthy relationship with food. I made poor choices. I had an addiction to the wrong foods and my gut health was in bad shape.

Once I figured this out, things changed for me and I have been able to help others on this path, as well.

I figured out that getting healthy, losing weight, improving myself did NOT have to be a sacrifice. I did not have to spend HOURS at the gym or restricting my food so that I obsessed over it.

Sound familiar?

I will say, that it is not easy… does take commitment, work and a burning desire.

But, it is very possible and not as complicated as you may think…..I know, I’ve been there.

Today, I feel different. I think I’ve added years to my life by changing this path.

So, I ask you today…..Are YOU willing to make a change? What in your life do you have to live longer for?

How would you feel, if you could get fit and feel confident again. Have a better relationship with food. Heal yourself from the inside out.
