Turning forty was a news flash for me and NOT a good one. I was feeling tired, overweight and less than satisficed with my career. I had so many things to be grateful for which made me feel guilty for wanting more and feeling unhappy with where I was at. At forty, I made a decision to make changes and it eventually led to me becoming a life and health coach. It has taken me 9 years for this all to come to fruition even though I started my business in the end of 2018. What I learned along the way, I hope to help you create much faster and with less starts and stops, and misguided detours. Becoming a coach has helped me not only create better awareness in my won life and create more fulfillment – BUT also a process for helping others do the same. In this episode, I share the first part of creating change by identifying what it is in fact that you are actually not-happy with in life.
